Agnus Castus - Vitex or Chaste Tree - Premenstrual Syndrome/Menstrual Support
Agnus Castus,also known as Vitex or 'Chaste Tree', is actually a shrub with violet flowers.
Found in the Mediterranean region, its uses have been recorded since the time of Hippocrates.
The tiny reddish brown fruits, which appear in the summer, are used to create this tincture.
Uses:
• Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
• Period pain
• Teenage Acne
• Tonic for Male/Female reproductive systems
Caution:
Do not take if using oral contraceptives or HRT.

Not recommended for children under 14 years
Directions for use:
Adults:
15-20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Children:
This product is not recommended for children under 14 years of age
